Purchase Contract
This agreement is made, and hereby entered into, on this _____ day of __________, 2006 by and between Vom Pegasus German Shepherd Dogs (hereafter referred to as Seller"), and _________________________________ (hereafter referred to as "Buyer"), for the purpose of setting forth the terms and conditions of the purchase by the Buyer of a purebred German Shepherd Dog
named "___________________vom Pegasus" out of;

1. The Seller agrees to sell and the Buyer agrees to buy one (check appropriate line)______ male ______ female dog.
2. The Seller warrants that the above-described dog is in good health and free of communicable diseases at the time Buyer assumes ownership. Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian within 72 hours (not including weekends or holidays) of receipt of the puppy. Proof of inspection will be required prior to the Seller forwarding AKC registration papers to the Buyer. If, as a result of the examination, the Veterinarian determines that the puppy is not in good health, then the Buyer shall elect to keep the puppy or return the puppy to the Seller for a refund. If the Buyer elects to return the puppy, the Buyer shall within 10 days after the date of the signing of this contract, send to the Seller, by certified mail, a written Veterinarian's certificate stating that the puppy was in ill health when examined. Upon receipt of the puppy, the Seller shall be obligated to refund all monies received from the Buyer toward the purchase of the puppy, and further performance under this contract shall be null and void. All action taken to return the puppy shall be with the best interest of the puppy in mind, including temperature at time of shipment, non-stop flights, etc.
3. The Buyer is completely satisfied and waives any and all claims regarding the puppy's conformation and outward appearance. (Thus meaning that the American Kennel Club and the German Shepherd Club Organization of the U.S. of the German Shepherd Dog breed standard sets the puppy forth at this age.)
4. The Buyer agrees that any and all transportation costs, to and/or from the Seller's premises, will be at the cost and sole responsibility of the Buyer.
5. The Buyer agrees to maintain preventative health care of the puppy including, but not limited to: inoculations, internal as well as external parasites, heartworm preventative medication.

6. Ownership of the puppy shall be transferred to the Buyer for the sale price of $_________, to be paid in full on or before ___/____/200___(Year). Only after the full amount of the agreed upon amount is paid, may the puppy be removed from the Seller's premises. If the balance is left unpaid by such date as of the ______________, this agreement shall be canceled at the Seller's option and the Buyer shall forfeit the non-refundable deposit of $200.00, given hereunder. The Buyer agrees that should it become neccessary to sell or otherwise place this Dog, the Buyer will notify the Seller before taking such action so that the Dog may, at the Sellers option, be re-purchased by the Seller at the sale price which will be determined at that time. Upon notification, the Seller shall have 14 working days to exercise said re-purchase option. Exercise shall be notice in writing sent to the Buyer.

7a. The Buyer agrees that should it become necssary to return the dog to the seller for any reason whatsoever the buyer shall forfeit the deposit (see section 6a) given hereunder.
7b. The seller agrees to notify the Buyer when the Dog is placed with a new owner ten (10) working days after the sale. Furthermore the seller agrees to send the Buyer 50% of the profit from this sale. Expenses inclulde, but not limited to boarding and care at $10.00 (Ten Dollar and 00/100 cent) per day, veterinarian expenses and training at $75.00 (Seventy-Fife Dollar and 00/100 cent) per training session. No other funds or monies will be given to the Buyer prior to this sale.
8. The Buyer agrees not to start Schutzhund Bite / Protection Training of this animal, until it has reached a minimum of 12 months of age. (Thus allowing the animal the physical as well as mental maturity level not to harm or damage the animal.
9. Seller warranties that the German Shepherd Puppy identified as above will have hips that can be certified by an OFA recognized veterinarian as being free of displasia as determined by the OFA (Orthopedic Foundation for Animals). Upon written substantiation of a breech of this warranty from purchaser to Seller received prior to expiration of 12 month after date of sale, seller will provide within 180 days thereafter a replacement puppy of comparable quality. Replacement with another dog of comparable quality is the purchasers sole remedy for breech of warranty except as provided above the dog is sold as is and there are no other warranties. Seller makes no implied warranties of merchant ability or fitness for particular purpose.
10. The Buyer agrees that the Seller may repossess the animal upon evidence of neglect and/or abuse at no expense to the Seller, and no refund of any monies.
11. The Buyer agrees that the puppy will NOT be left alone in a backyard or kennel only. The Buyer agrees that the puppy will reside at the home of the Buyer, and have access to a fenced yard, and not be chained or "tied out". (see section 10) This animal is sold with the understanding that it was to go to select homes, socialized properly, and become a member of the family.
This Agreement is made and signed by both parties to insure the well being and protection of this animal. If any part of this Agreement is breached, the Seller is released from any further obligations hereunder. Should the Seller need to seek legal action against the Buyer for violations of this Agreement, the Buyer will assume any and all attorney costs and court fees.
